Eva Boland

Prosperity -- Services for Eva Dowd Boland, 92, formerly of 167 Dana Pond
Trail, Prosperity, will be held at 4:30 p.m. today, August 16, 2000, at
Mount Tabor Lutheran Church with burial to follow in the church
cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be Loris Boland, Guy Dana, Duane Dowd,
Ellis Dowd, Rodney Derrick and Robert Morris. McSwain-Evans Funeral Home
is in charge. The family suggests that those desiring may make memorials
to Mount Tabor Lutheran Church Bus Fund, 816 Mount Tabor Rd., Little
Mountain, S.C. 29075.

Mrs. Boland, widow of Berley Boland, died Monday, August 14, 2000, at
White Oak Manor. Born in Little Mountain, she was a daughter of thelate
Robert E. and Minnie Ada Lake Dowd. She was a homemaker and a member of
Mount Tabor Lutheran Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Gloria Boland Danielowski of Prosperity;
sister, Ruth D. Metts of Little Mountain; granddaughters, Laura E.
Bullard of Youngsville, N.C., Mary E. Deal of Prosperity; great-grandson,
Jeffery Todd Bullard, Jr.
