Robert was born in 1015 in Avranches, Normandy, France.1 Robert's father was Toustien le Goz Vct of Heismes and his mother was Judith de Montanolier. His paternal grandfather was Ansfred II Onfror le Goz Vct of Heismes. He had a brother named Richard. He was the older of the two children. He had a half-brother named Richard. He died at the age of 56 in 1071.1 -
