Constance was born in 0986 in Toulouse, France.1   Constance's father was Guillaume III Talliefer Ct of Provence and her mother was Arsinde (Blanka) de Anjou.  Her paternal grandparents were Raimond III Pons de Toulouse Ct of Toulouse and Garsinde de Gascogne; her maternal grandparents were Fulk II le Bon de Anjou Ct of Anjou and Gerberge de Maine. She had a brother named Pons de Toulouse.  She was the older of the two children.  She died at the age of 46 on July 25th, 1032 in Melun, France.1
