Ralph de Stafford 
Ralph was born on September 24th, 1301.1 Ralph's father was Edmund Stafford and his mother was Margaret Basset. His maternal grandparents were Ralph Basset and Hawise. He was an only child. He died at the age of 70 on August 31st, 1372. He was buried in Tonbridge, Kent, England.1 1 General Notes

Summoned to Parliament from 29 Nov 1336 as Radulpho Baroni de St afford, and was a Founder Knight of the Order of te Garter on 2 3 Apr 1349. He was created Earl of Stafford on 5 Mar 1350/1.
