Guillen Amanieu II was born in 1040 in of Angoulême, Aquitaine.1   Guillen Amanieu II's father was Guillen Amanieu I Vct of Bezaune and his mother was Amalvina Vss de Bezaune.  His paternal grandfather was Amanieu I sn de Albret.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 63 in 1103.1
