Sihtric of the Silken Beard, King of Dublin (son of Olaf Kvaaran , King of York and Dublin, d. in Iona abt. 981, by his wife Gorm flaith, dau. of Murchad, King of Leinster, and wife of Brian). S ihtric went on pilgrimage to Rome 1028, and d. 1042.
