Manfredo di Saluzzo III was born in 1210 in Saluzzo-Cuneo, Piedmont, Italy/Saluzzo, Italy.1 Manfredo di Saluzzo III's father was Bonifacio di Saluzzo Mar of Saluzzo and his mother was Maria de Torres. His paternal grandparents were Manfredo II Mar of Saluzzo and Alice de Montferrat; his maternal grandparents were Comita de Torres and Spella de Arborea. He was an only child. He died at the age of 34 on October 29th, 1244.1 General Notes
