Alpheus Cary Koon 
Alpheus Cary was born on July 8th, 1890 in Lake City, Columbia County, Florida.1 Alpheus Cary's father was Wiley Harrison Koon and his mother was Susan Nancy Wilson. His paternal grandparents were Absalom Koon and Lavinia A. Taylor. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Henry, Julius, James Earl, Alexander Graham Bell, Wiley Whitner, Horace, Hugh, Adelaide Anna and Alice. He died at the age of 63 on September 19th, 1953 in Lakeland, Polk County, Florida.1 General Notes
