"Margaret Russelle, late wife of John Russelle, militis, and lat e wife of dni. John Wingfeld, militis" died testate about 1397 ( will dated August 1387 requesting burial at Letheringham besid e her first husband).
The information in Faris (Plantagenet Ancestry) cannot be correc t. Based on the dates involved, Margaret Hastings could not be d aughter of Hugh Hastings, husband of Anne Despenser, but was ins tead his sister, daughter of his father, also named Hugh.
