  RESEARCH NOTES:
  said to be youngest son of Cathair Mar in documents of 10th century
  origin.  Several of the reputed sons o Cathair Mar seem to be
  artificially associated with him, but this is the line of the later
  kings, and it must be historical if any of the pedigree is to be
