William de Vernon de Reviers was born in of Devonshire, England.1 William de Vernon de Reviers' father was Baldwin de Reviers Earl of Devon and his mother was Adeliza Lucia Debaalum. His paternal grandparents were Richard de Reviers sn de Reviers and Adelise Peverel; his maternal grandfather was Dru Balun. He was an only child. He died on September 10th, 1217.1 General Notes
