Ernest Backman Derrick

Ernest Backman was born on September 19th, 1883.¹  He had two sisters named Ella and Lizzie Ophelia.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 76 on December 9th, 1959 in Bur St Thomas Luth Ch Cem, Chapin, SC.  He was buried in St. Thomas Lutheran Church Cemetery, Chapin, SC.^1 1
