Ella Derrick

Ella was born on April 24th, 1882 in Lexington County, South Carolina.¹  She had a brother and a sister, named Ernest Backman and Lizzie Ophelia.  She was the oldest of the three children.  She died at the age of 85 on December 23rd, 1967 in Bur St Thomas Luth Ch, Chapin, SC.  She was buried in St. Thomas Lutheran Church Cemetery, Chapin, SC.^1 1
