Geoffrey's father was William De MANDEVILLE and his mother was Magaret RIE. His paternal grandparents were Geoffrey de Magnavil and Adeliza de Balts; his maternal grandfather was Eoun De RIE. He had a sister named Beatrice. He had a half-brother named Geoffrey de Mandeville the Outlaw. He died on September 14th, 1144 in Mildenhall, Suffolk Co.
