Alberic I was born about 1125.1 Alberic I's father was Aubrey De Mello and his mother was Adele De Bulles. His paternal grandfather was Gilbert I De Mello; his maternal grandparents were Hugh II Of Dammartin and Rothride De Bulles. He was an only child. He died in 1183.1 General Notes
