Arnulf de Holland was born in 0961.1   Arnulf de Holland's father was Dirk II de Holland Ct of Holland and his mother was Hildegarde de Gand.  His paternal grandparents were Dirk I de Holland Ct of Holland and Gerberge (de Holland); his maternal grandfather was Wichmann Ct of Gand. He had a half-sister named Hildegarde.1
