Henry Count D'Eu, Lord Of Hastings 
Henry's father was William Count D'Eu, Lord Of Hastings and his mother was Beatrice de Builly. His paternal grandparents were Robert Count Of Eu and Beatrice; his maternal grandfather was Roger de Builley Lord Teckhill. He had two half-brothers named Henry d'Eu and Henry. He died on July 12th, 1140 in Abbey Of Forcarmont.1 General Notes

When Henry I visited Normandy in 1104, he supported that monarch against
Duke Robert [Ref: CP V p155]
1118: he prepared to join the revolt in favour of the Duke's son, William,
but was arrested at Rouen by Henry I and imprisoned til he surrendered his
castles. He was, however, on Henry's side at the battle of Bremule, Aug 20
1119 [Ref: CP V p155]
1129-30: founded the Abbey of Foucarmont [Ref: CP V p155]
