Andronikos Dukas of Byzantium was born in 1036 in of Constantinople, Turkey.1 Andronikos Dukas of Byzantium's father was Ioannis Dukas and his mother was Irini Pegonitissa. His paternal grandfather was Andronikos Dukas. He was an only child. He died at the age of 41 on October 14th, 1077.1
