Abstract of will of Edward Fitz Randolph of Kinsall in the Parish of Kneesall Co., Nottingham.
Dated 13 Aug. 1647-----
To my son James' four children, my house which I bought from Henry Loewman in Huchnall in the Parish of Sutton in Ashfield, co., Nottingham, and other property adjoining which I bought from Thomas Langford, gentleman.
To my son, John Fitz Randolph, my dwelling house and all appurtences in Kinsall in Parish of Kneesall abovesaid, on condition that he shall keep my brother, Christopher, with suffiecient meat, drink, and lodging during his life.
To my children' children, 40s each except my son Richards.
To my son, Edward,10L "if he cum to demand it"
To my son Richard's children, to Thomas 20L, to Elizabeth 10L, to Mary 10L,"if they cum to demand it"
To William Cooper, a piece of land within the Milne field of Kinsall upon a flat called the Shiperturs (?) which I bought.
To my daughter, Coopper, 40s.
To Winnifraite Lowe, 5s.
To Parnell Abbat, 5s.
To poor of Kinsall, 5s., To poor of Kneesall 5s.
Residue to my son, John Fitz Randolph, whom I make sole exor.
My cousin, John Kitchin and my son-in-law, Thomas Trollowe to be overseen.
