George Dixon and Mary Ann were married in a religious ceremony on March 4th, 1840. They had three sons and three daughters, named John Wills, Thomas Dixon, George Washington, Mary Virginia, Alice Smith and Annie Laurie.

George Washington was born in December 1847 in Virginia.1 He died at the age of 58 on June 20th, 1906 in Richmond, Virginia. He was buried on June 22nd, 1906 in Riverview Cemetery, Richmond, VA.2 1
