Isabella was born in 1355 in Morales, Castile.  Isabella's father was Pedro I "El Cruel" de Castilla and her mother was Maria de Padilla.  Her paternal grandparents were Alfonso XI de Castille and Maria of Portugal. She had a half-sister named Constanza.  She died at the age of 38 on November 23rd, 1393.  She was buried in Church of the Dominican Friars, Hertfordshire, England.
