Pedro IV was born on September 5th, 1319 in Balaguer. Pedro IV's father was Alfonso IV de Aragon and his mother was Tereza de Entenza. His paternal grandparents were Juan Garcia de Padilla and Maria Fernandez de Henestrosa. He was an only child. He died in Barcelona.
