Richard was born about 1765. Richard's father was David Womack and his mother was Mildred Kathleen Pryor. His paternal grandfather was Richard Womack; his maternal grandparents were John Henry Pryor and Margaret Gaines. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Abner, Jacob Green, Robert, Abraham, David, William and Dorothy Pryor.-
