Neva Payne Winston

Neva Payne was born on March 30th, 1878. Neva Payne's father was Edward Gates Winston and her mother was Jane Elizabeth Duval. Her paternal grandparents were Chiswell B. Winston and Lucy J. Wheeler; her maternal grandparents were Robert Key Duval and Barbara W. Payne.
