John Willis 
John was born about 1762. John's father was Lewis Willis and his mother was Mary Champe. His paternal grandparents were John Willis and Elizabeth Plunkett; his maternal grandparents were John Champe and Jane Thornton. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Henry, William Champe, Jane, Levinia, Mary and Mildred Washington.
