Sarah was born in 1638 in Gloucester Co., VA. Sarah's father was Augustine Warner and her mother was Mary Towneley. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Warner and Elizabeth Sotherton; her maternal grandparents were Lawrence Towneley and Jennet Halstead. She had a brother named Augustine. She was the older of the two children.-
