Benjamin was born about 1749 in Spotsylvania Co., VA. Benjamin's father was Edmund Waller and his mother was Mary Pendleton. His paternal grandparents were John Waller and Dorothy King. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John, William Edmund, Leonard James Mourning, Dorothy Jemima and Mary. He died about July 31st, 1835 in "Prospect Hill", Spotsylvania Co., VA.-
