John was born on August 10th, 1714 in Middlesex Co., VA. John's father was John Vivion and his mother was Elizabeth Thacker. His maternal grandparents were Henry Thacker and Elizabeth Payne. He had three sisters named Elizabeth, Elizabeth and Lettice. He died at the age of 76 in 1790 in Fayette Co., KY.-
