John D. Thurston

John D. was born in 1773 in Goochland Co., VA.  John D.'s father was Reuben Thurston and his mother was Mary Ann Lowery.  His paternal grandparents were Francis Thurston and Hester Richards. He had a brother and a sister, named Matthew and Sally.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died after 1801 in Augusta Co., VA.
