John Thurston

John was born in 1748 in Goochland Co., VA.  John's father was Francis Thurston and his mother was Hester Richards. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William Bailey, Reuben, Mary, Elizabeth, Ann, Sarah and Marcy.  He was the third oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 70 on August 17th, 1818 in Goochland Co., VA.
