Minnie Mae Shipp 
Minnie Mae was born on February 14th, 1913. Minnie Mae's father was Robert Ashby Shipp and her mother was Viola G. Kidd. Her paternal grandparents were Barrett P. Shipp and Mary Elizabeth Pace; her maternal grandparents were James Taylor Kidd and Ella Gray Richardson. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Carey C., James Ashby, Freddie Kidd, Arline A., Claudine G. and Annie Thelma. She was the third youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 67 on April 14th, 1980 in South Carolina. She was buried in Fork Union Memorial Chapel Cemetary, Fluvanna Co., VA.-
