Alfred Washington Sheilds

Alfred Washington's father was John Nelson Sheilds and his mother was Anna Jane Robinson.  His paternal grandfather was Alexander Sheilds; his maternal grandparents were John Robinson and Agnes Conway Moncure. He had a brother and four sisters, named Alfred Washington, Agnes Frances, Cornelia Robinson, Nannie M. and Phoebe Moore.
