Joseph Seay 
Joseph was born in 1767 in Amherst Co., VA. Joseph's father was Abraham Seay and his mother was Elizabeth Tuggle Boyd. His paternal grandparents were Abraham Seay and Naomi Loving. He had four brothers and three sisters, named James, Abraham Bond, John, Austin, Anna, Sarah and Betsy. He died at the age of 79 in 1846 in Nelson Co., KY.-
