William D. Rice

William D. was born about 1845 in Hanover Co., Virginia.  William D.'s father was Jesse Rice and his mother was Elizabeth Smith. He had two brothers and a sister, named Zephaniah James, John and Amanda.  He was the youngest of the four children.
