Ella Botts was born on September 11th, 1904 in Houston, TX. Ella Botts' father was David Rice and her mother was Martha Lawson Botts. Her paternal grandparents were Frederick Allyn Rice and Charlotte Maria Baldwin. She was an only child. She died at the age of 87 on June 23rd, 1992.-
