Thomas Purifoy 
Thomas was born in 1581 in Warwickshire, England. Thomas' father was Humphrie Purifoy and his mother was Alice Faunt. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Purefoy and Joice Hardwick; his maternal grandparents were William Faunt and Jane Vincent. He was an only child. He died at the age of 59 in 1640 in "Drayton", Elizabeth City Co., VA.
