Jesse Pleasants 
Jesse was born about 1733 in Henrico Co., Virginia. Jesse's father was Joseph Pleasants and his mother was Elizabeth Woodson. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Pleasants and Martha Cocke. He had a half-brother named John Cocke. He died in 1804 in Halifax Co., Virginia.-
