Britannia Kennon was born on April 8th, 1844 in Maryland.  Britannia Kennon's father was John Parke Custis Peter and her mother was Elizabeth Jane Henderson.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 26 on March 22nd, 1871 in Culpepper Court House, Culpeper Co., Virginia.
