Ann was born in Barbodos, Channel Islands. Ann's father was John Perratt and her mother was Ann Hales. Her paternal grandparents were James Perrott and Jane Harvey; her maternal grandfather was Mervin Hales. She was an only child. She died on November 28th, 1773 in Cumberland Co., VA.-
