George Hunt Pendleton

George Hunt was born on July 25th, 1825 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  George Hunt's father was Nathaniel Greene Pendleton and his mother was Jane Frances Hunt.  His paternal grandparents were Nathaniel Pendleton and Susan Bard; his maternal grandfather was Jesse Hunt. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Eliott, Nathaniel, Susan Louisa, Martha Eliza and Anna Pierce.  He was the third oldest of the six children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Edmund Henry and Charlotte.  He died at the age of 64 on November 24th, 1889 in Brussels, Belgium.
