Roger Payne

Roger was born on July 10th, 1947.  Roger's father was Nelson Payne and his mother was Virgie Williams.  His maternal grandparents were Bernard Williams and Nellie Thurston. He had a sister named Living.  He died  due to silo accident at the age of 23 on December 9th, 1970.
