Duty Parrish 
Duty was born about 1766. Duty's father was David Parrish and his mother was Judith Holland. His paternal grandparents were Humphrey Parrish and Mary Morton Hamilton; his maternal grandparents were John Holland and Martha Weeks. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Claiborne, David, Booker, Martha Holland, Judith, Tabitha, Sarah, Elizabeth and Anne. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children.-
