Mary Webster was born in 1852. Mary Webster's father was Patrick Theodore Moore and her mother was Mary Randolph Mosby. Her maternal grandparents were John Garland Mosby and Mary Webster Pleasants. She had three brothers and two sisters, named William R., Patrick Theodore, John, Kathleen and Margaret.-
