Mary was born in 1636 in Warwick, England. Mary's father was John Millward and her mother was Ann Whitehalph. Her maternal grandparents were John Whitchalgh and Ann ?. She was an only child. She died at the age of 72 in 1708 in Whitacre, Warwick, England.
