Carter Randolph Meade 
Carter Randolph was born on November 9th, 1836.1 Carter Randolph's father was John Everard Meade and his mother was Rebecca Wormeley Beverley. His paternal grandparents were David Meade and Elizabeth Randolph; his maternal grandparents were Carter Beverley and Rebecca Wormeley. He had a brother and four sisters, named John Everard, Elizabeth Randolph, Charlotte Stockdale, Eleanor Beverley and Jane Wormeley. He was the third youngest of the six children. He died at 7 months old on June 24th, 1837.1 -
