Ann was born about 1639. Ann's father was Alexander Mattox and her mother was Elinor White. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Mattox and Rebecca ?; her maternal grandparents were Lewis White and Kathryne ?. She had two brothers and a sister, named Lazarus, Alexander and Elizabeth.
