John Taylor Lewis 
John Taylor was born in 1757. John Taylor's father was James B. Lewis and his mother was Elizabeth Taylor. His paternal grandparents were Charles Lewis and Mary Howell; his maternal grandparents were John Taylor and Catherine Pendleton. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James, Charles, Catherine and Mary. He was the third oldest of the five children.-
