Howell Lewis 
Howell was born about 1780. Howell's father was John Lewis and his mother was Mary Ann Fontaine. His paternal grandparents were Fielding Lewis and Catherine Washington. He had two sisters named Mary Ann and Frances. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Otway, Gabriel, Fielding, Warner and Mildred.-
