William Lacy 
William was born in New Kent Co., Virginia. William's father was Thomas Lacy and his mother was Anne Burnley. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Lacy and Phoebe Rice. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Stephen, Nathaniel, Elkanah and Phoebe. He died on February 28th, 1775 in Chesterfield Co., Virginia.
