John Oscar Holland 
John Oscar was born on April 26th, 1871 in Goochland Co., VA. John Oscar's father was John Pinckney Holland and his mother was Sarah Emma Kizer. His paternal grandparents were Henry Madison Holland and Mary Randolph; his maternal grandparents were John Philip Kizer and Hannah Miller. He had four brothers and four sisters, named George Henry, Edwin Graham, Francis Randolph, Robert Madison, Annie Miller, Mary Randolph, Alice Pinckney and Florence Haley. He was the third youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 5 on September 24th, 1876.-
